About us

Company history

Company history
Tesla Technics was established in 2013 as a specialized brand focused on the manufacturing and global distribution of high-performance automotive electrical components. By 2014, our first units were launched into operation, demonstrating exceptional endurance in demanding road conditions. Over the years, we rapidly scaled our manufacturing scope—introducing starter and alternator component lines in 2016, launching automotive filters in 2021, and expanding our catalog to over 6,000 active SKUs across 5 core product categories.

A key milestone in our international integration occurred in 2023 with the inclusion of the entire Tesla Technics product range into TecDoc, the world's premier automotive catalog. Today, our annual production volume exceeds 1,500,000 high-precision units, powering vehicle fleets, distributors, and specialized service centers globally.

Partnerships with Top Global Factories

Partnerships with Top Global Factories
Our foundation rests on long-term cooperation with leading global manufacturing facilities that produce parts for top OEM automotive brands. Today, Tesla Technics contracts with 31 accredited production plants operating under strict international standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 (TS 16949). We personally visit and audit each manufacturing facility—thoroughly inspecting automated assembly lines, robotic component machining, quality management systems, and raw material purity to ensure top-tier engineering standards.

Prior to adding any new supplier or product line, sample batches undergo a rigorous 1 to 2-month evaluation process. Every manufactured part passes an 11-step quality inspection, followed by mandatory bench testing under peak load simulation. This comprehensive audit approach ensures that every Tesla Technics part matches or exceeds original equipment specifications in reliability and service life.
